Backwards stitching

Backwards Stitching (Knitting Tutorial)

If you’re an entrelac lover, you might enjoy this simple backwards stitching tutorial to make you save time.

We work entrelacs with rows, and tiers with triangles, left-leaning and right-leaning rectangles. You will have to turn your work at the end of each row (except the last one) within the tiers. Like me, you may prefer to knit backwards instead of turning your knitting again and again. It’s about knitting from left to right on the right side of your work. When you’re at the end of a row, on the right side, don’t turn but…

Important : Whatever method you chose (turning your work at the end of each row, or backwards stitching) do now work the first stitch but slip it on the other needle.
